The Structural Reset™ looks beyond the location of discomfort. Your session may address connected areas throughout the body based on your reported concerns, movement patterns, tissue response, comfort level, and goals.

What to Expect During Your Structural Reset™
Every Structural Reset™ begins with a brief conversation about what you are feeling, how your body has been functioning, and what you would like to address.
As the session begins, I observe how your body responds to pressure, movement, positioning, and touch. The work is then adjusted throughout the session based on those responses.
Your session may include:
Targeted deep-tissue techniques
Myofascial techniques
Slow compressions and nervous-system support

Assisted stretching or mobility when appropriate

The Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ is extended, highly focused bodywork for complex, severe, or long-standing tension patterns that require more time and concentrated attention than a standard Structural Reset™ can provide.
This is not simply a longer massage or an application of heavier pressure. Your session is carefully structured around your reported concerns, observable patterns, tissue response, comfort level, and how your body responds as the work progresses.

Some bodies need more than a standard session can reasonably provide.
Long-standing tension, significant restrictions, pronounced postural patterns, and multiple areas of compensation may require extended time to work thoroughly without rushing or forcing the body.
The Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ allows more time to examine how different areas of your body may be working together, address deeply established tension patterns, and adjust the session as your body responds.
This service may be appropriate for clients experiencing:
Severe or long-standing muscular tension
Multiple areas of restriction or discomfort
Pronounced postural patterns, including hyperkyphotic or hyperlordotic patterns
Significant limitations in comfortable movement
Complex compensation patterns affecting several areas of the body
Tension that has not responded adequately to standard massage sessions
Physical demands that require concentrated, extended care

Intensive Does Not Mean Forceful
Deep work should not require your body to fight against the session.
The Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ is designed to work deeply and precisely without relying on unnecessary pain, excessive pressure, or force.
Pressure and technique are adjusted throughout the session according to your comfort, tissue response, and nervous-system response. When the body begins to guard or resist, the approach changes.
The objective is not to overpower your body. It is to create enough time and precision to work with it.

90-Minute Structural Intensive — $495
Concentrated work for a significant primary concern or a limited number of closely connected areas requiring greater focus than a standard Structural Reset™.
120-Minute Structural Intensive — $595
Extended work for complex or long-standing concerns involving multiple connected areas. This option provides more time to work thoroughly while allowing the body to respond without rushing.
Three-Hour Structural Intensive — $795
Comprehensive structural bodywork for extensive patterns affecting multiple regions of the body. Appropriate when the work requires substantial time, careful pacing, and planned transitions throughout the session.
Four-Hour Structural Intensive — $950
The most comprehensive Structural Intensive offered. Designed for highly involved cases requiring extensive time, focused attention, careful pacing, and appropriate breaks.
Service length does not determine how much pressure will be used. It determines how much time is available to work carefully and comprehensively.

Choose the Structural Reset™ when you need personalized, full-body care for recurring tension, restricted movement, physical fatigue, or compensation patterns that can be addressed within a standard 90-minute session.
Choose the Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ when your concerns are more severe, complex, or long-standing—or when several areas require concentrated attention that cannot reasonably fit within a standard session.
If you are new to Meticulous Massage® and uncertain which service is appropriate, you may begin with the Structural Reset™. If your body would benefit from a more extensive service, that can be discussed based on what is observed during your care.
What You May Notice After Your Intensive
Every body responds differently. The effects of an extended session may continue to develop after you leave.
Clients may notice:
Reduced muscular tension
Greater ease or freedom of movement
Less heaviness or restriction
Increased awareness of connected tension patterns
A more open or balanced feeling through the body
Deep physical and nervous-system relaxation
Temporary tenderness or fatigue may occur following concentrated bodywork. Give your body time to rest, hydrate normally, and observe how you feel over the following days.
Long-standing patterns may benefit from consistent care rather than a single intensive session.
This Service May Not Be Appropriate for Everyone
The Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™ may not be suitable when deep or extended bodywork is contraindicated, when symptoms require medical evaluation, or when your body would be better served by a gentler approach.

Enhancements do not replace your Structural Reset™ or Structural Intensive Deep Tissue™. They complement the care you receive.
Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna
The full-spectrum infrared sauna provides a private, quiet space to settle your body through therapeutic warmth.
Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, infrared heat directly warms the body at a lower ambient temperature. This may support relaxation, circulation, temporary relief from muscular stiffness, and an overall sense of physical ease.
An infrared sauna session may be used before massage to help the body warm and settle or enjoyed separately as part of a personal wellness routine.
Individual responses to heat vary. Please disclose relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or heat sensitivity before using the sauna.

Red-Light Therapy
Red-light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to provide noninvasive support for the body.
A session may be used to complement massage, support general recovery, or create a quiet period of rest before or after structural bodywork.
Red-light therapy does not involve ultraviolet light and should not produce the heat associated with an infrared sauna.
15-minute enhancement | $50
Hot-Stone Enhancement
Smooth, heated stones are incorporated into your massage to provide sustained warmth and help the body settle into the work.
The stones are used intentionally within your customized session—not as a separate, predetermined hot-stone routine. Heat and placement are adjusted according to your comfort and the areas being addressed.
This enhancement may be especially supportive when your body feels cold, guarded, overworked, or slow to relax.

Waterfall Foot Renewal
The Waterfall Foot Renewal is a restorative foot treatment designed to soften, refresh, and renew tired feet.
This enhancement includes exfoliation and focused care for the feet, making it especially supportive for clients who spend long hours standing, walking, traveling, or wearing restrictive footwear.
It complements the foot massage already included with Meticulous Massage® sessions while providing a more complete renewal experience.
